U GOT DANCE is Ontario’s mobile dance studio, dedicated to bringing the health and fitness benefits of high energy dance to children in schools and childcare centres. We currently teach thousands of children in more than 250 locations around the Greater Toronto Area… and we’re growing.

 About Our High Energy Dance

  Hip Hop is an athletic form of popular dance that uses a combination of isolated movements, footwork, floor exercise and rhythmic steps to  interpret musical selections. Study of this dance form gives students better control over their bodies, increased flexibility, and strength. In addition, the study of dance trains children’s minds by building listening and memorization skills, creativity and concentration.
